"Dear ICO team, at the raft construction event – a raft, a river, a team – we, the "armchair athletes" from the controlling department were able to demonstrate our practical talent, our creativity and our ability to work as a team. In the beautiful alpine mountain scenery of the Allgäu region with beautiful summer weather, we succeeded in constructing two rafts suitable for white water with the material provided. The river rally combined with swimming in the Iller was a great experience, and the afternoon went by far too quickly with all the fun we had. "As part of this year's international workshop, we booked the team event Floßbau am Grüntensee (Raft construction at the Grüntensee)" through ICO. With ICO, we already had a competent, flexible and efficient all-round professional event partner at our side during planning, preparation, scheduling, coordination and organisation. "Dear ICO team, we planned an afternoon for a team event for our project workshop in Bad Bayersoien. The aim of building an igloo was to strengthen our team spirit and also offer a change from the everyday life of projects. Unfortunately, against all expectations, it did not snow one bit in the Garmisch district in January. But that was no problem at all; you immediately came up with another challenge at short notice. We then climbed through spider webs, balanced on ropes, swung from tree to tree on lianas – our "team spirit" always with us, which kept us firmly together. We also successfully solved the puzzle at the acid pond and mastered the construction of a trapezoidal bridge as a team (at one point or another with helpful tips from our coach Phil). In the end, it was an exciting and educational afternoon despite the change of plans due to the weather – an experience that we as a team will never forget. A big thank you to all members of the ICO team for their friendly, efficient and above all flexible planning as well as for implementing our team event in a professional way!"

The juniors of the current national team and reigning German champions were able to find out what experienced teamwork means on ground and team courses. The demanding tasks could be solved by integrating both teams into one overall team. On the Pamper Pole ground-air element, an ideal arc was drawn to athletes' specific competitive situations on the subject of stress management. "Dear ICO team, 50 trainees went with you to the Erdinger Arena Skywalk Park in Oberstdorf. The rotating groups dealt with ground, team and sky courses and ground and air elements. Some of them reached their limits in doing so. But as a team, everyone managed to overcome their fear. At the end, bungee running made us laugh a lot, so the fun factor was 100%.
